BIOGRAPHY

Shane Tedjarati is the founder, Chairman and CEO of the Tribridge Group. Tribridge is a global investment group dedicated to solving real-world challenges facing humanity in the 21st century by building bridges between diverse teams across the world, applying leading technologies to global megatrends.

Shane was retired President and CEO of the Global High Growth Regions in Honeywell International Inc. (NYSE: HON) in 2021. He was the architect of Honeywell’s globalization drive which transformed the company into the world’s leading and largest industrial technology firm, driving the lion’s share of its growth from the emerging markets of the world.

Shane is a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute and the co-founder of its Middle East Leadership Initiative and China Fellowship Program. He is a member of the advisory board of Antai College of Economics and Management and the industry Co-Chair of China Leaders for Global Operations of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Shane is an avid aviator and speaks six languages. He studied Mathematics and Computer Science at McGrill University, Canada; Masters of Business Administration at University of Surrey, United Kingdom and Executive Program in e-Commerce at the Wharton School of Management of the University of Pennsylvania

Michael Sheren is President & Chief Strategy Officer, MetaVerse Green Exchange, a fellow at the Cambridge Institution for Sustainability Leadership, Cambridge University and Senior Advisor to United Nations Development Programme Finance Hub. Mr. Sheren serves as the Vice-Chair of the Banking Environment Initiative.

Mr. Sheren contributes to the digital green bond work within the Innovation Hub of the Bank of International Settlements and co-founded the BoE's Fintech Accelerator. Mr. Sheren was a Senior Adviser at the Bank of England leading green finances and has been one of the Bank leaders in the area of climate risk in the financial system. Mr. Sheren co-chaired the G20 Sustainable Finance Study Group with China and is a UK delegate to the Network of Central Banks and Supervisors for Greening the Financial System. Mr. Sheren spent over 25 years in the debt capital markets in New York and London.

Mr. Sheren received Master's degrees from Harvard, The London School of Economics and New York University and a BA from the George Washington University.

David Schlesinger is the Honorary President of the International Network of Street Papers (INSP), the board member of the Committee to Protect Journalists, the board member of the Thomson Reuters Foundation, and chairman of the board of the Danenberg Oberlin-in-London Program.

Mr. Schlesinger serves on the Steering Committee for Oxford University's Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism and Tsinghua University's School of Journalism and Communications

Previously, Mr. Schlesinger served as the former Chairman of Thomson Reuters China, representing the company at senior levels and identifying business opportunities throughout Greater China until August 2012. Prior to this position, Mr. Schlesinger held several other roles at Reuters, including Editor-in-Chief, Global Managing Editor and Executive Vice President and Editor, Americas.

Marcel Kasumovich is the Deputy Chief Investment Officer for Coinbase Asset Management. He oversees a team building regulated index benchmarks, credit opportunities, trend strategies, and discretionary activity in liquid markets. Marcel has been engaged in digital assets since 2012 as a Visiting Scholar at the International Monetary Fund and as part of Pure Macro Capital Advisors, which he founded to house various investment and advisory interests.
In previous roles, Marcel gained experience across policy, investment banking, and hedge funds, including the Bank of Canada, Goldman Sachs, and Soros Fund Management, Woodbine Capital, and Tse Capital. He has published research ranging from academic journals to op-eds, is a member of the Economic Club of New York, and holds advisory roles in startup financial technology companies. Throughout his career, Marcel has built strong connections to finance professionals, policymakers, and entrepreneurs.

Sam Sun is the Chairman of VSP Private Fund Management (Zhuhai) Co., Limited. Mr. Sun currently serves as the independent director and audit chairman on the boards of iQiyi lnc.(NASDAO: 1Q), Zhihu lnc.(NYSE:ZH), Yiren Ltd.(NYSE: YRD). He is also a board member of SEED for Social Innovation.

Previously, Mr. Sun served as president and CFO of Qunar and CFO of Kong Zhong Corporation. Prior to that, he held various senior financial positions at Microsoft China R&D Group, Maersk China, and SouFun.com, and KPMG.

Mr. Sun received a business administration degree from Beijing Institute of Technology in 1993 and is a Certified Public Accountant in China.

Dr. Pi Li is the Head of Art at Taikwun Hong Kong, a Centre for Heritage and Arts — a cultural destination for inspiration, stimulation and enjoyment.

Previously, Dr. Pi was Head of Curatorial Affairs M+, a visual culture museum in Hong Kong. Dr. Pi served as the deputy executive director of the art administration department at the Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA, 2001-2012). Dr. Pi curated many exhibitions in the past. Under Construction at Tokyo Opera Museum in 2002. Dr. Pi has also served as curator for the Shanghai Biennial and Allôrs la.

Dr. Pi received his PhD degree in art history from the Central Academy of Fine Arts.

Dr. Bo Bai is the Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of MVGX Holdings, a Singapore-based green fintech group focused on creating a more inclusive and sustainable future. MVGX Holdings’ subsidiaries provide regulated financial services including a digital green exchange, payment, brokerage services, and end-to-end carbon Software-as-a-Service solutions. Through its offerings and business units, MVGX supports its clients throughout each step of their decarbonisation journeys in line with the principles of define, measure, mitigate, offset, certify, and finance.

Dr. Bai is also the Executive Chairman and Founder of Asia Green Fund, an award-winning impact private equity firm with around to US$2.5 billion assets under management, focused on accelerating climate tech and sustainability pioneers at the forefront of Asia’s decarbonisation agenda.

Previously, Dr. Bai was a partner and managing director for WarbugPincus from 2009-2016 where he led its investments in the energy, industrials, and business services sectors in Asia. He has also held senior leadership positions at global financial institutions such as First Reserve Corporation and Goldman Sachs.

Dr. Bai serves as an Investment Committee Member of China Academy of Science Fund of Funds (“CAS FOF”) and Three Gorges Green Fund. Dr. Bai also serves as a Board Member of Elessent Cleantech (formerly Dupont Cleantech), Shanghai East Low Carbon Technology, Nanjing Baoying Gases, Beijing Capital Heating, Four Rivers Investment Management, Hosjoy, Low Carbon Environment, and AIPark. Previously, he served as a Board Member of HuiTongDa (9878.HK), Baosteel Gas, AAG Energy, Gulf Coast Energy Resources, and First Green Partners. Dr. Bai is also a founding member of the China Impact Investment Network (CIIN), and a member of ASPEN global leadership network.

Dr. Bai holds a BSc and an MSc in Modern Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China, a degree certificate in the Financial Technology Option from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, and a Ph. D. in Physics from MIT.

Sean Moss-Pultz is a pioneer at the intersection of blockchain technology and property rights as the co-founder and CEO of Bitmark. His company focuses on digital ownership and licensing, bringing the concept of property rights into the digital age. In collaboration with Casey Reas, Sean co-created Feral File, a leading global art gallery hosting exhibitions by some of the most celebrated digital artists and institutions.

Recognized as a pioneer of open-source hardware, prior to Bitmark, Sean launched Openmoko, the first open-source phone, and served as its CEO. Openmoko was a precursor to iPhone and Android smartphones. He holds bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and physics from UC San Diego.
